Growing up in Port Perry installed small-town values that have stayed with me throughout my entire life. After studying Business at the University of Western Ontario I moved to Toronto and worked in corporate life for five years.
While on maternity leave in 1993 I decided to complete my Real Estate License, and change careers. I started my real estate career with Royal LePage, in their corporately owned Whitby location. Royal LePage was the only 100% Canadian owned company with training, leadership, core values and culture I was looking for.
In 1998, I was offered the position as Area Manager for Royal LePage Real Estate Services, managing all four of their offices in Durham Region. When the opportunity presented itself to purchase the Pickering franchise in 1999, Darren and I knew although we were only a team of 20 we could grow the business, through training and educating our realtors. Today our agents are likely the most respected and trusted realtors in the business. I'm proud to say today we service 6 locations, with 340 skilled professional realtors.
Royal LePage was the best decision I ever made. The brand and culture is so strong and our Royal LePage Shelter Foundation is second to none in the industry. The company on a National scale has grown 300% since I joined Royal LePage and in 2015 became the market leader in Ontario.

Deciding to enter the real estate industry in February 1991 was both the most difficult and the best business decision I ever made at the same time. I had seven years selling experience and unfortunately not in control of the whole transaction, thus losing clients due to external issues. I knew being a REALTOR®, I had total control of the entire process and a happy successful client was both a repeat client and a great referral source. Being compensated based on my ongoing performance and ability is how I built my award winning business. When Kira and I decided to open Royal LePage Connect Realty, I simply transitioned my client base from buyers and sellers to our REALTORS®, applying the same principals. My role at the office is both to educate and grow an agent's individual business. My open door policy and in depth experience helps agents be better prepared than the competition and at the same time protect them from potential risks and pitfalls. For Kira and I, being business owners is both a privilege and a responsibility we take very seriously. There is nothing more satisfying than giving our REALTORS® all the "tools" allowing them to focus on their own business and at the same time showcasing the level of professionalism people come to expect from the largest real estate company in Canada.

After many years as Broker of Record for his family's award - winning company, Frank is now a respected Manager of the Royal LePage Connect Kennedy Office. His passion for assisting REALTORS in building exceptional careers in real estate is unsurpassed. Debbie has over 26 years of experience working at Royal LePage in various aspects of the brokerage business.
With a unique portfolio of skills to offer the staff and REALTORS®, she is currently working as a Managing Broker at the West Hill location and as our Operations Division Manager overseeing how the company runs.
Her open door policy combined with her years of experience has earned her the reputation for a being a trustworthy, approachable and professional leader. She enjoys supporting the REALTORS® and staff with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail to help raise the bar. She is dedicated to ensuring that our amazing team have the right answers and right tools to grow the business.

Roberta grew up in a real estate family, so it was no surprise that she decided to pursue a career in real estate. She has been in the business for over 35 years. She enjoyed a successful award winning sales career, and then moved into management. Roberta eventually became the Broker/Owner of the family business and was successful in growing it into a Top Award Winning Franchise. She has been actively involved in organized real estate and has served on several committees at the Toronto Real Estate Board.
Roberta has a vast knowledge of the real estate industry. She is well respected by her colleagues and believes in always putting the salespeople and their successes first. She is always willing to help the salespeople and their clients with friendly and professional advice. She believes the Royal LePage brand ensures the agents have a strong presence and recognition in their communities.
Roberta is currently the Branch Manager of the Pickering office. Her dedication ensures her office lives up to it's motto, "A Great Place to Work!"
The Danforth office is a second home to Dan. Working in the same neighbourhood where he was born and raised, Dan is proud to be part of the Management team at the Royal Lepage Connect Danforth office located at 836 Danforth Ave. and the Roncesvalles office located at 311 Roncesvalles Ave.
After a successful career as an award winning realtor, he now shares his real estate knowledge and successes with his Danforth office family. With enthusiasm and dedication, Dan's goals are to help the Sales Representatives achieve their success goals in this great career.
Whether it is through ongoing training, dynamic sales meetings, one on one coaching, or helping agents off hours, Dan is excited to work with his agents to help them build a successful career in real estate.
