This was our fourth purchase and sale in the Durham region.

I have used other agents but this time I used Adam and he was relentless. He was determined to sell our house at the best possible price and he didn't stop until he got our price, which was also the highest price on our street (by a considerable amount). He did this in a manner that was very professional. He is honest, caring and very patient with a laid back demeanour, very likeable. He worked very hard for us and our house sold within the timeframe he gave us.

As soon as our house sold we were on the hunt for a new home. Adam took us to as many homes as we wanted to see and didn't stop until he found us the perfect house.

The house we ended up buying was a house that had not even made it to MLS but he saw it and thought it would be perfect and in our price range. This was the house that we purchased and he was the winning agent in a small price war. He was able to negotiate perfect closing dates for both purchase and sale.

Purchasing our very first home was a very exciting time. Not knowing exactly what we were looking for was a bit scary.

We thought finding a good realtor with expertise, knowledge and most importantly commitment to their clients may be hard to come by. Adam was absolutely amazing. It was a great feeling to purchase our first home, which was also his first sale!

Adam was very dedicated to finding us the perfect first home for us. He was very patient and very honest with us. We were very impressed with the level of professional service that was provided right from day one, through the process and still to present. What agent do you know that you can call when you have a question and he will be there for you a year after the purchase to assist you in any way possible, Adam is for sure!

Mark Douglas was the real estate agent that worked with us in selling our condominium.   We wanted to sell our condo within a short period of time, but did not think it would be possible because there were several units on sale within the same high-rise building; the units had also been on the market for months.  Mark used several mediums to advertise our condo, which was impressive.   We really appreciated how he sat down with us and found out our opinion in terms of deadlines and what our expectations were.  He heard our suggestions and expectations and responded well to them. 

The process of selling was also new to us, but he consistently led us through the process with detailed information and patience.  He became very knowledgeable about the market that was in our area and the competing condos and made a possibly overwhelming process, not overwhelming at all. He was very informative and he constantly checked in on us, during the entire process.  As a result, our Condo was sold within a few weeks after being placed on the market and he continued to follow-up with us until the deal was closed.  He made the process seem quite simple and stress free.  I am aware that this is not always the case so we are thankful.  Mark made us feel that we were more than a dollar figure.  He was very ethical and sensitive to our needs.

We called Amanda King to sell our home after noticing she had recently sold a home on our street. We were impressed by the confidence Amanda exeuded and signed the listing with her. We had bought already so our blood pressures were high! to say the least.

Amanda with explicit instructions got our house ready for showing within a week, after which we thought "hmm, we should stay" only we had bought. Showings and tours of our home began, and our home received an offer within 5 days. Our home was sold before our open house and our blood pressures returned to normal!

As my agent Mark gave me many helpful advice while buying & selling my home. Mark proved to be knowledgable and wise about the Real Estate market and when it came time to finance my mortgage he provided the most dependable brokerage. Mark made the journey from selling my home to settling into my new home smooth and uncomplicated. as his slogan says from start to finish I was never alone.
